Your Fitness Singapore runs outdoor bootcamps up to 7 times a week, as well as personal one-on-one, buddy and small group sessions for individuals who want to achieve specific goals. Our newest bootcamp is for kids aged 4 to 12! One of our most well received specialties is in working with pre-natal and post-partum clients. Pregnancy is a tough time and with the right care and motivation, it can be made so much easier! Whichever option you choose, we promise you tons of fun and laughter with the strength and motivational benefits you reap from each session!
