Jen has more than 20 years of teaching experience in the fitness industry, teaching group exercise classes that cater to all levels. She is passionate about what her participants can achieve in every workout. She coaches, motivates and challenges everyone in her classes to get more out of their workout. Her greatest satisfaction from teaching, is getting people towards achieving a healthier and fitter lifestyle, one class at a time. Be prepared to have fun while training hard in her classes.
