Outta Hatha is yoga outdoors where everyone gets something outta the practice. These practice sessions aim to guide practitioners to balance strength and flexibility, at the same time as cultivating deep self-awareness and calmness beyond the mat.

All classes are open mixed level classes. Variations are offered for individuals to practise at a gentler or deeper level. Children may be accepted but must be accompanied by an adult.
