We offer a wide variety of fitness classes for all tastes, including Xtend Barre, Zumba®, ZCycle, TRX, Body Pump, Boot Camp, Body Combat, Yoga, and many more. With 250 classes every week, we make it easy for you to get fit and stay healthy. We’re a growing fitness community committed to building healthy lifestyles in Shanghai.
