VIS offers 4 categories of group classes: V-Slim, V-Strong, V-Sexy and V-Soulful. These include Boxing, Barre, TRX, Pilates, (Candle light) Yoga & Meditation, Dance/Zumba, Core, Butt&Legs and Weights classes.
