Developed by James and his sports scientists, our Mthd Fitness program utilizes what we call “Metabolic Resistance Training” (MRT). MRT is a group circuit training style workout with a variety of exercises through eight workout stations for a total of two laps. MRT targets all muscle groups (Upper Body, Lower Body and Core) to create a balanced high-intensity workout that will enhance athletic performance. A variety of exercises are included in the workouts such as HIIT, Weightlifting, TRX, Rowing, Cycling, Body-Weight, Balance & Speed.

Fun Fact

You would never do the same workout twice. Every user receives a workout report that includes: calories burned, heart rate and other information to track performance. The Mthd experience is non-intimating with a positive community environment.
