Anyone can yell at you and put you through a workout that will make you feel exhausted but the question you have to ask yourself is “will this workout change my body and deliver results?” Other fitness programs and “boot camps” offer little or no equipment and rely on pure intensity to make you believe you are in fact getting a good workout.

At Fit Monster we bridged the gap between personal training and boot camp workouts by using variety of equipments (barbells,dumbbells, kettlebells, truck tires, battle ropes, prowlers etc..!) and limiting our classes up to 5 people! With this setup we can offer a FAR superior workout, deliver greater results in a shorter amount of time for a fraction of the cost of personal training. We wanted to build a program that had its results speak for itself and I’m proud to say we’ve done that.

All exercises are scalable so that they can be performed by a first time exerciser or challenging enough for the strongest athlete.
