At Fit Monster, bridge the gap between personal training and boot camp workouts by using a variety of equipment (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, truck tires, battle ropes, prowlers etc.) and limit the class capacity to a maximum of 5 people! With this setup they offer a superior workout, deliver greater results in a shorter amount of time for a fraction of the cost of personal training. They built a program where the results speak for itself and they’re proud to say, “They’ve done it.” All exercises are scalable so that they can be performed by a first time exerciser or be challenging enough for the strongest athlete.
