CrossFit is a fitness program for everyone! It combines gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, calisthenics and more. CFMNL also offers other programs, like Bootcamp, FitKids and StrikingMNL. We focus on CONSTANTLY VARIED- HIGH INTENSITY- FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT, all of which are designed for universal scalability—which means you can start at any fitness level, and we prioritize your safety.
