Janz Fitness is a cozy studio for a group fitness workout that can fit about 20-30 people at one time. The main program is Jazzercise which is a dance training program combining cardio and muscle toning segments in a one hour class. The other programs offered are Yoga, Zumba, Konga, Street dance, Personal Training and Outdoor Bootcamp.
