#WEGETFIT is a FREE group physical training class that is done on Mondays and Wednesdays at fX Sudirman at 7pm.

#WEGETFIT adopts the training method of calisthenics, a physical training method that focuses on its practitioners' body weight as its main tool. Our training routines are always different for each classes, focusing on 5 training principles that consists of: Plyometrics, Speed & Agility, Strength, Cardio, and Flexibility.

Fun Fact

Each time you reserve any of our free classes through Guava Pass, Guava Pass will donate a total of IDR 50K towards the cancer fighters of Rumah Singgah Kanker CISC.
