Unlike traditional gyms, we cater all aspects of functional training without the use of traditional gym equipments. Our classes are a mixture of internal cardiovascular & strength workout that focuses on many different muscle groups, which will make you fitter than ever. On top of that we do our best to provide you with a one on one coaching to ensure maximum benefits from the workout.

Fun Fact

Just like Dracula hates the sun, we don’t like to use air conditioning in our semi indoor/outdoor gym because fresh air is a 100x better and saving the earth essential for the entire human race.
