Sam is a 500-hr certified yoga instructor who teaches both group and private yoga classes throughout Hong Kong. She teaches an alignment-based practice that incorporates stillness and precision with a natural, dynamic flow between postures - always looking to connect the movement of the body with awareness of the breath.
Sam’s approach is full of enthusiasm. With a warm and kind nature, she looks to gently guide and encourage yet also challenge, keeping a close eye on safe alignment and breath awareness.
Sam strongly believes that yoga is for everybody - be it someone exploring yoga for the first time, or looking to deepen their existing practice, Sam aims to make her classes playful, creative, fun and accessible to everyone.
