Founded in 2016, Trybe HK is the first of its kind in Hong Kong to offer an alternative to traditional fitness programs. At 3500sq ft, our facility is a springboard for you to tear down the obstacles of mind and body yet still enjoy the journey. Our daily classes and specialized workshops in gymnastics, circus, dance, strength, and acrobatics are designed to inspire. Everyone with a body is welcome to join us; young and old, from working class heroes to athletic warriors. Whether you’re here for a day or committed to years, we’ve got your back.
