Every TORQ™ Cycle class is an escape that challenges and tones your body while relaxing your mind. Each session is a product of the expertise, energy and raw passion of our instructors who choreograph their own classes to deliver the most effective, motivating and fun workout for all levels of riders. Rides are synced to a mix of exhilarating, high-energy music handpicked by our in-house DJ to enhance your overall workout experience.

Your stats for every ride will be recorded and made available in your private account on our website, including RPM, Resistance, Speed, Power, Distance and Estimated Calories Burned. This will allow you to set your own goals and track your performance over time.
