Our combative exercises aim to provide busy HongKongers with an enjoyable and effective way of attaining physical health and attractiveness through strengthening cardiovascular fitness as well as defining core muscle tone. Conveniently located in the centre of Lan Kwai Fong, POW Muay Thai and Fitness is a newly renovated 3,000-square-feet training center and Muay Thai school.

Our combative exercises aim to provide busy HongKongers with an enjoyable and effective way of attaining physical health and attractiveness through strengthening cardiovascular fitness as well as defining core muscle tone. We offer individual trainings as well as small group classes to suit each individual's preferences.
