Mindful Pilates is a top-quality Pilates school located in Central, Hong Kong; providing the safest and best quality Pilates programs for everyone. We believe that the true essence of fitness is to promote relaxation and precise mindful movements, which are the keys to personal growth, inner balance and healing.

The uniqueness of our mindful style of Pilates was inspired by the teachings of our affiliated Wing Chun School, which focuses on the ‘internal practice’. Therefore, our teaching focuses on quality over quantity. Students are encouraged to stay present while mastering correct muscular recruitment and movement patterns.

As the exclusive representative of Body Control Pilates (BCP) Education in Hong Kong, all Pilates exercises are taught in digestible chunks and backed by the international benchmark of the BCP Association. Our detailed guidance and hands-on correction enables individuals to easily regain core strength, improve joint mobility and the ability to stretch dynamically.

At Mindful Pilates, we ensure every student establishes a solid foundation and thorough understanding prior to further progression, as we believe that a balanced mind and precision in movement are essential when it comes to developing a positive change in the body.

We maintain a safe and supportive family-style environment covering a wide variety of needs, including prenatal and postnatal, athletes, elderly, post-illness rehab, and injury recovery. Attendees having any pre-existing body conditions, or those who need any specialist attention, are subject to their own risk when enrolling in any non-specific classes. It is also required that all attendees who are suffering from any injuries, aches and pain, or any special body condition, must notify the instructor prior the class commencement. For safety reasons, and to maintain smooth class operations and running, we reserve the right to reject students’ participation upon arrival.
