Our courses fall into three main categories: Therapeutic Stretching, Personal Fitness Training and Group Exercise Classes. Classes of different levels are open. Start off by stretching to get your muscles ready, then try a Yoga or other classes to further strengthen your physical fitness and relieve stress at the same time. In our Personal Fitness Training programs, you can also enjoy one-on-one tailor-made courses catered for your unique needs.
