Barre 2 Barre features the BarreAmped fitness method. We are a studio that makes a difference, dedicated to more than exercise. Barre 2 Barre empowers people of all ages to use their bodies as they are meant to work. Whether you are beginning an exercise program, a high level athlete, or just want to tone up, we have a program for you. Weekly group classes include BarreAmped, BarreAmped Bootcamp, Barre+Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Back Rehab Pilates and more. We also offer private training in barre, Pilates Mat, and yoga.
