Abhyasa (or Abhyaas) means practice, but in a very general, all encompassing way. It involves cultivating a strong conviction, a persistent effort to consistently choose practices with actions, speech, and thoughts that lead in the direction of a stable tranquility. It also means making decisions on the basis of what will bring greater tranquility or peace of mind.

Here at Abhyaas, we provide group class for students who want to improve and focus on different aspects of yoga. We cherish your love towards yoga and determination to improve; and our role is to help you achieve your goals. We hope students that come can build a habit of regular practice with commitment and we are sure you will benefit through your own practice.
