Lagree Fitness, PoundFit, BollyWOD Fit, Dance Fitness, TRX, Zumba, Yoga. We've got it all. And most of all we listen, moulding our classes regularly to focus on what helps you the most. Come give it a go, and truly enjoy the time you spend with us. Getting fit was never this fun.

Fun Fact

Our founder was suffering from type 2 diabetes and was 96 KG. With our concept she effectively lost 34 kgs and transformed her health, body, and life.
