We're kicking off #GUAVATURNS3 sweat parties with Flex Studio's FLEXtreme TRX Circuit. Circuit training is a type of interval training, combining cardiovascular activity and resistance training. Time-efficient, it incorporates strength, flexibility, and cardio in the same workout. In this comprehensive workout, you will be challenged through a series of exercises including TRX® Suspension Training, a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise.

About the Studio: We are Hong Kong’s most comprehensive Pilates, yoga and barre studios, and we offer complete training in Private Pilates, Group Pilates, Yoga, Xtend Barre® (a rigorous barre workout), Cardio & Conditioning classes and Physical Therapy. Our highly regarded programs are led by Hong Kong's most experienced instructors, with smaller class sizes allowing for personalized attention, including pre/post natal conditioning. Flex also offers Flying Pilates, an aerial workout performed in a suspended hammock for adults and teens.
