Uplift your mind and body on Day 28 of #GUAVATURNS3 with Vinyasa Yoga. This style of yoga is often quite dynamic, which requires the mind to stay focused in the present to be able to keep up. The breath is strongly tied in with the sequence of poses in this class. Expect plenty of sun salutations as we flow from one pose to the next. Level: Intermediate / Advance.
