It's already Day 6 of our #GUAVATURNS3 month! We're celebrating with a Balletbody Basics class. This full body workout was created by professional ballet dancers designed for all fitness levels. The class starts with exercises from a classical ballet class and ends with mat pilates. Balletbody is the ideal workout to increase strength and flexibility whilst developing the long lean muscles of a dancer.

About the Studio: Balletbody is created by two former professional ballet dancers, Alison Carroll and Lisha Chin. Both spent many years performing with the Singapore Dance Theatre and have now taken their passion for ballet and teaching, making it into a workout that is accessible to everyone.
