Uppercut training is all about raising energy levels, relieving stress, getting fit, getting stronger and into shape, and of course, being a part of a friendly community that aims to make people look and feel awesome. With an abudance of natural light and an advanced clean air system, it guarantees fresh, clean air even on the most polluted days in Beijing.

Uppercut Boxing & Muay Thai was founded in Beijing in 2015 by Chris Carline and Jun Tenaja. Jun is a certified strength and conditioning expert from the Philippines with over 20 years of martial arts and experience as a professional fighter as well as a coach to professional kickboxing and MMA fighters. Born and raised in the UK, Chris has lived in Beijing and worked for a foreign multi-national company for nearly 10 years, and has a passion for combat sports.
