At the UPLI Bootcamp you will find your path to fitness and body shaping. Here you can train either one-on-one or in small groups up to 10 people. Receive professional advice on how to achieve your goal effectively and efficiently. From training to nutrition, you can rely on our 15 years of experience in fitness. The UPLI Bootcamp was opened by Constantin, who is one of the top foreign fitness coaches in Beijing. He was featured on CNTV and in several commercials. He also developed the UPLI training system which is based on high intensity training in combination with weight training, for optimal body development and he also provides you with nutritional support. Each class has from 5 to 10 people training at the same time, who get instructed by one of our well experienced group trainers.
