About

Currently, our studio comprises of 3 rooms for exercise training. 2 rooms consist of a wide range of functional fitness equipment such as TRX, kettlebells, steps, battle ropes, bosu balls and more. This room is ideal for classes, keeping fit & burning fat. The third rooms features more traditional weight/resistance training type equipment including Olympic bars, free weights, and machines to stimulate/build muscle.
