Pushing Limitz is a full-body, strength conditioning gym offering varied, fun and challenging workouts for up to 4 people per class with three different workout types per week. Classes are short but intensive and are highly effective for getting into shape, toning up and shedding fat. Our workouts are adjustable to suit any level of fitness, all we ask is that you give 100% to ensure the best possible results.
