RowClub is a boutique rowing studio based in the heart of Beijing CBD, creator of high intensity, low impact and total body workout, perfect for all levels of fitness. Our gorgeous and functional WaterRower rowing machine use water to create dynamic resistance. By combining rowing with dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, core bags, TriggerPoint and all other equipment, you will increase both your muscular strength and endurance while making your workout fun, effective and interactive.
